Even though the bedrooms have aircon, all the common areas are open air and some days we were bitten alive by mosquitoes. we also needed to move some furniture from outside into the rooms so we could hang together in one of the bedrooms in aircon. For the elderly, stepping stones to the house are uneven and so lots of care needs to be taken to get home at night (quite dimly lit). Table surfaces in the bedrooms all dusty, and quite a few things are run down.

Pool was good.

Not maintained. Poor hygiene. Dated towels. Sheets were uncleaned on arrival

Everything. Great value for money. Staff are fantastic. Breakfast was great. Loved the pool. Wish we could pick the place up and take it with us!!

The size of the property was good with each bedroom having a bathroom. We felt the villa was lacking a central place where a family could relax together comfortably.

The villa was filthy- luckily I had a pack of cleaning wipes with me which I use to wipe down the entire villa- not acceptable really when you are on holiday. Bathrooms were damp and mouldy. Broken loungers around the pool. Villa set back from central Ubud which was accessible via a busy road. Not ideal for walking into centre, however we used grab which was quick and cheap

Roomy, nice breakfast and helpful staff.

Lack of elements to make stay more enjoyable. It caters for family/group of people where it would be appropriate to provide gallon drinking water instead of 600ml drinking water/person/day. There’s kitchen to cook up simple meals for a change when you don’t feel like going out to eat but no decent pots/pans/crockery/cutlery. To match up the rate/night the property should have a microwave and probably clean tea towels too. Bathrooms need deep scrub. Bedding/towels urgently need new one. Mould on the wall. Plumbing needs urgent repairs as kitchen floor was flooded from no where after emptying bath from bathroom upstairs.

Staff was kind and helpful, possibility of having early breakfast

Overall the property is old and not maintained, heavy noise from the street, A/C did not work properly in one of the rooms, toilet managed to flush once per 1-2 hours, weak water stream in the shower, towels did not get changed during our stay

Good location just away from the craziness of ubud, short walk to markets and monkey forest. Lovely staff who were very helpful and not pushy

Location is not that far from Ubud s center but it s not easy to get there on foot (no pedestrian area, quite busy traffic (scooters))
