Luxury Villa Ada Padi Ubud

Very clean and looked just like the pictures. The communication up until arrival was absolutely amazing. They were so accommodating and communicated great. There was some issues with my flight which caused a later arrival day. They accommodated my friend still.

The aesthetics were too good. Really value for money. Also, the staff is very kind and helpful.

Missing a few facilities like the bath tub I feel. Otherwise, I can say this is the best villa at this price.

Very private villa, local restaurant very accessible, friendly staff and trustworthy (lost earrings were placed in the rooms). We loved Mr Dee. He was super helpful and was able to get us in to do activities with short notice and discount prices. Would highly recommend him to friends and family!

It was a quiet area in the middle of the rice field, the inner garden was very nice and made the place feel local. Rooms and pool were always clean. The host Mr. Dee was super welcoming, friendly and genuinely wanted to make our stay the most enjoyable with restaurant reccomendations, transportation and other activities. We were lucky that this was our first stay in Bali and that Dee was our host, as he helped us with transportation and day trips all along our journey, even after we left Ubud and traveled all around Bali and other islands.

It’s a scam! Nothing to like about this property… certainly not a luxury villa !

Spending few minutes in the bedroom was a terrible experience . This villa was dirty with mouldy bathroom, cushions and lamp very unclean. The access was not really safe especially next to the rice field (more than a trash swamp than a paddy). Swimming pool was dirty too. All pictures provide on internet are showing a dreamy villa far from really. Forget about an access by car, it’s mission impossible, path is narrow covered with large sewer grates in some parts . On both side of the path to the villa you will noticed trash and discarded items, not really welcoming and clean for such called “ luxury villa”. Customers have to pay in advance for such facilities with no possibility to be reimbursed ! I usually booked through booking.com website and pay directly after arrival to the resort. Unfortunately, through Booking website I had to pay in advance to secure the room for 2 nights and when we arrived we were disappointed to see such low facilities far from our expectations. Money was lost ! And the host didn’t care at all … Simply don’t go there !!!

Convenient restaurant with good and cheap local food just in front of the villa. So on a lazy day, there’s no need to leave the villa.

Water pressure of the shower is very low and the water is not warm.
