Maha Shanti Ubud Villa

It was the most valuable stay I’ve ever had. Can you imagine a pool in the rice field? Not big but really chill while watching mount agung. The room itself is well decorated with quality wooden furniture. Staff very attentive and helpful . It’s not center located but away from horrible ubud traffic is what I like . Get a scooter driving around or find a grab driver , you can get to busy area in 15 min . Overall a great stay .

Absolument tout ! J'y retournerai sans hésitation à mon prochain voyage à Ubud. Rien à redire, la chambre est magnifique, l'hôtel est intime, confortable et très charmant, le personnel est absolument adorable et la piscine au milieu des rizières est incroyable, c'est un endroit très paisible, j'ai adoré mon séjour là-bas, je ne devais passer qu'une nuit et j'y suis restée 3 nuits. Chambre spacieuse, lit très confortable, propreté impeccable, wifi au top, nourriture au top aussi

Il manque des portes manteaux dans la salle de bains mais c'est vraiment un détail et on n'est pas dans le centre même d'ubud mais tant mieux car c'est plus calme et le cadre est magnifique (10min en scooter à peine et il y a quand même tout à proximité)

My second stay at Maha Shanti Villa was just as magical as the first one. I absolutely love the peaceful atmosphere of being surrounded by rice fields and waking up to the breathtaking sunrise above Mt. Agung. From the moment I first thought about returning to Ubud, I knew staying here again would be the perfect decision. Before my trip, I contacted the villa to ask about the condition of the rice fields, and the staff kindly sent me a video showing how beautifully green everything was. That was exactly what I was hoping for and it made me even more excited for my stay. On the day of my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me a complimentary upgrade to their best room with the most stunning view. The kindness and hospitality at Maha Shanti Villa truly stand out. The staff always treat you like a valued guest, are ready to help with anything, and genuinely care about making your stay special. The villas are spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. I also love yoga, and despite feeling like a peaceful hidden escape in nature, the villa is still conveniently close to Ubud centre. It took me only around 15 minutes and very little money to get to my favourite place, The Yoga Barn, every day. After yoga, coming back to the calm greenery and refreshing swimming pool felt like paradise. Watching both the sunrise and sunset from the villa was incredibly romantic and unforgettable. I truly recommend Maha Shanti Villa to anyone looking for peace, beautiful nature, warm hospitality, and the authentic spirit of Ubud.

They have very beautiful entrance garden and a pool with wide open rice field view.

There was a leftover used bandage sticked to the blanket when i opened the bed….very shocking. Breakfast is not too tasty.

Amazing location near Ubud. Excellent pool in the rice fields. Friendly and kind staff. People of Bali have the biggest smiles and genuine kindness. Thank you!
