"I was hoping to stay here again at one point but will avoid it due to the odor from the restroom."

I loved the homey feel. We enjoyed the puzzles and the deck.

Unfortunately there is a septic tank smell coming from the restroom and it was unpleasant to be in the bathroom.

"Great local getaway spot!"

Close to town. Quaint and perfect for our stay for a close getaway. I took my friend for a girl getaway and it was a perfect space with room for the 2 of us. It's cozy. Owners were kind and supplied lots of information on the area for visitors unfamiliar with things to do and places to eat, etc. Clean and well stocked. The only details to be aware of to keep in mind and it's just a comment is that the TV is in the master bedroom and the only access to the bathroom is through the master bedroom. The driveway is narrow and dirt but we'll maintained. If the ground is muddy or if there's snow you would need to park along the bottom of the driveway. I would definitely stay there again. All the care and details they put into the space was really nice. They even have a few extras like Alexa, smart TV and multiple temperature control options like the central air and heat and the wood burning stove. It's a great little spot.

"Pleasant"

Loved the location.

The power company turned the power off due to high winds that could cause a fire. This was not the fault of the owner but it did hamper our enjoyment. They did have a small generator and a fireplace so it was OK just not great. I would recommend staying there just don't go when the winds are high.

"Great weekend away in Julian."

Very cute and jump back into time. Fun old time relics, birds eating from the feeders, felt along but not isolated. Very well stocked cabin. Hosts were fantastic with communication! Looking forward to returning.
