"Надо привести в соответствие цену и качество сдаваемых апартаментов."

Хозяин любезно разрешил нам заехать на пару часов раньше согласованного времени. Апартаменты представляют собой реновированное здание. В апартаментах сделан ремонт оригинального дизайна, вся мебель практически антикварная.

Для достижения современного уровня комфорта необходимо заменить матрасы на кроватях, одеяла, подушки, постельное белье на новое. Заменить кастрюли и сковородки, добавить столовой посуды для сервировки стола. Также необходимо привести шкафы и тумбочки в состояние, комфортное для использования. Также следует сделать качественную уборку помещений и чистку мягкой мебели

Bu mevsimde kaınamayacak kadar soğuktu.Isıtma çok ilkeldi , duş gideri tıkalı idi su gitmiyordu hertaraf ıslaktı.Bizi karşılayan Tommy’ nin hatırına kaldık.Küf kokusunu duyunca ayrılmak istedik . Bu eve nasıl 9,7 puan verilmiş şaşırdık.puanlama bizi yanılttı.Geceleyin araç gürültüsünden ve soğuktan uyuyamadık. Yıllarardır Bookinge güvenip kiralama yapıyoruz.Bütün sorumlu Bookingdir.Bu puanlamayı neden incelemezler.Bir daha Bookinge güvenip kiralama yapmam. İki küçük çocuğumuz hasta oldu. Sanırım ev sahibinin yakınları yüksek puan vermiş. Biz Bookinge güvendik ve yanıldık.

"Pobyt w mieszkaniu bardzo udany, gospodarz podał nam dużo informacji co warto zwiedzić."

Mieszkanie bardzo ładnie urządzone, super czysto. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona (ekspres, czajnik, toster). W łazience kosmetyki i suszarka. Blisko do przystanku autobusowego i marketów. Z tyłu mieszkania fajny taras ze stolikiem. Duże wygodne łóżka. Byliśmy w 2 osoby ale na spokojnie polecam większej ekipie. Gospodarz super miły, dał nam listę co warto zobaczyć i gdzie pójść zjeść. W razie pytań mogliśmy w każdej chwili napisać wiadomość.

W listopadzie było wieczorem już trochę chłodno - piecyk jest na piętrze a drugi można by postawić na parterze, albo zostawić jakiś ciepły koc w salonie :) W sezonie letnim na pewno nie było by problemu, na wyposażeniu są wiatraki elektryczne.
