Chalet Villas Gerês

Cozy and calm apartment with a terrace and a pool. The equipment in the kitchen was great for cooking. Very clean. The owner was so friendly!

The complex is very relaxing and suited for families, with nice grassy playground and pool. It is a few minutes walk from Geres village center, so there is no need to drive to go shopping or for a dinner in the village. The hosts are lovely and caring, and the zimmer was clean, fully equipped, and charming.

Carefulness should be taken when driving in and out of the complex, as the road to the parking is very steep.

The house is lovely situated at the beginning of Geres. It has all you need for a comfortable stay. The host is wonderful,. helpful and available whenever you need.

That my holidays were so short

Host, location, house and environment conditions - all was close to perfect - premium quality of all inside and outside of the house.

These are wonderful apartments 8 minutes from the beaches by car. The apartments are very new, clean and bright. The hostess is friendly and very responsive. The house itself, in which there are several apartments, is located on a slope, in a shady garden, which is very pleasant in the summer heat. It is a pity that the lake itself cannot be seen from the windows of the house.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is so well equipped and the bed was really comfortable. The swimming pool area in particular is beautiful with such a lovely pool. Whilst the weather was a little mixed in the mountains, we enjoyed some fabulous walks in the national park and were pleased we stayed for 3 nights.

Everything was great

Chalet Villas Geres is a lovely oasis near the Peneda Geres National Park. It is within any easy walk to the charming town of Geres and near the hiking trails of Peneday Geres. The pool is clean and absolutey beautiful, tucked under a huge Palm tree with the river nearby. Our villa was quiet and private. The hosts, Susana and Tomas were a delight, went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

We liked everything!

Loved this apartment! The location was absolutely perfect. Our host was helpful, polite and super friendly. She showed us around the property, and made sure we had everything that we needed. She really wanted us to enjoy it as much as possible. We loved being able to relax on the porch and have leisurely breakfasts outside in the mornings. Great. Great. Great location. Oh, and they have ample parking.

Nothing to dislike, except it was a bit tricky for us to find the driveway. But our data and GPS were not working in the mountains - gulp. But we found it! And, then loved it!
