Super große rundum Terrasse!! Meerblick vom Schlafzimmer aus, Großes Gelände

Spärliche Küchenausstattung,

O vilă foarte frumoasă și confortabilă: locuri de parcare în curte, living și bucătărie complet utilată, inclusiv grătar electric în curte (este interzis grătarul clasic cu foc în zonă), foarte aproape de Nikiti ( aproximativ 5 minute cu mașina). Sus, sunt 3 dormitoare dintre care unul are baia în interior, iar celelalte 2 împart o baie situată pe hol. Nu am avut probleme cu apa, deoarece vila are depozit propriu de apa. Pentru că apa de la robinet nu e potabilă, gazda ne-a așteptat cu mai multe baxuri de apă plată. Un gest frumos pe care nu îl găsești peste tot. Aer condiționat în fiecare dormitor, precum și în living. Gazdele locuiesc tot acolo, însă au intrare separată și sunt foarte discrete, astfel încât acest lucru nu e un impediment, ba chiar e un avantaj, ajutând-ne cu toate informațiile de care am avut nevoie.

The host Sofia, her husband Vasilios are very warm and amazing people. The house is clean, huge with all necessary amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Every bedroom is with air-conditioning and comfortable beds. This is for the second time visiting the villa and hosts, which is significant prove that we are very pleased with our stay. We love spending our family summer time here. I highly recommend it.

+ O locație superbă, așezată într-o pădurice de pini, aproape de o plajă sălbatică unică. O casă extraordinară, utilată cu absolut tot ce-ți trebuie. O gazda perfecta si receptiva.

The villa is very spacious, with 3 big bedrooms with air conditioning with nice sea view. Big common space on the ground floor. Kitchen is well equipped A small, narrow beach with sand and rocks is 6-7 min away.

On the ground floor, common space and the small toom, there is no air condition. We had some really hot nights, the temp didnt dropp down in this space even overnight. the house is near the main road and sleeping with the window open is not such a good option due to noise, specially towards morning . The small bedroom has no AC , the matress would need a change. the door has glass, so no privacy.

Amazing hosts and property. They helped us with everything. The property is max 5 mins away from an amazing private kind of virgin beach. Also the house was very clean with a nice garden and an amazing view to the seaside More than that I would recommend you to go to Taverna Sonia 10 mins walking/2 mins driving from the property amazing food and hospitality, the best in the Nikiti zone.

Here would be just a recommendation, please maybe in the future install an AC on the main floor =)
