The Belvedere Villa Latchi

Villa is beautiful with lots of outdoor space and a great BBQ with a lovely seating area. The pool is huge! The views from every room are lovely. The bedrooms are a good size as is the kitchen and has every piece of equipment you could ever need. The location is fabulous and just a few minutes walk from the harbour and many restaurants.

Villa is lovely and very well equipped. Outside area is massive. The pool is great size however needs cleaning. Beds were very comfortable and great size in both bedrooms. Location is 4 min walk from the beach and restaurants. Theo was a great host, answered all my queries with in minutes and was very helpful.

Building site on one side that works are taking place. The sound didnt bother us but for some it might be an issue.

Beautiful location with lovely views and excellently situated close to amenities (an easy 5 minutes stroll to restaurants, even with a 7 year old in tow!) but far enough away to feel peaceful and private. Lovely outdoor eating area which caught the sea breeze wonderfully. Great sized pool. All needs provided for in the villa. Comfortable and modern furnishing throughout.

Pool could have been cleaner - lots of green stains on our swimming costumes and towels. A lot of ants, mostly in the outdoor areas.. Some wear and tear for example broken sun parasols and some broken slabs around the pool edge that need tidying up. But all these things were very minor and didn't impact our stay at all.

The property couldn’t have been better, the villa its self was exceptional and the outside facilities were lovely!

A nice villa in Latchi, close to town and the beach area. The villa was spacious, with nice beds, a nice lounge area and was quiet from other locals and tourists The pool area was nice to lounge in, though the pool was too cold to dip (in March)

Construction works were ongoing to was disturbing during the day Need a car to get to, would be hard if taking public transport or if getting dropped off and trying to get around

A very well appointed villa, ideal for us as a couple.

Comfortable clean villa with great outdoor space. Well situated 5 mins walk from shops restaurants etc. Great Tv with wide range of sport and movie channels. Nice pool

There was no information on how things worked or local recommendations. However Fanos was happy to go through everything on the phone. A welcome pack (bread, milk etc would be nice)

The property was of a very high standard, spotlessly clean, very well kitted-out, well maintained, with a great pool and in a great location. Easy 5 minute walk to lots of restaurants and to the marina. Fanos was a really excellent host - very quick to respond, friendly and very, very helpful.

Could not fault it! We loved everything!
