The Belvedere Villa Latchi

The Villa was clean and well equipped. Great area quite but close to shops and restaurants

Nothing I liked it all, the only thing is there is a large complex being built not to far away and it will reduce privacy once it's completed

Excellent swimming pool and outdoor space/furniture. Excellent air conditioning and nice kitchen. Excellent host.

Villa flanked by a partly built very large complex/hotel (?). No noise but not a great view. Neighbour's pack of dogs barking early every morning. More than one thin bedroom pillow per person would have been nice. No first aid kit (or couldn't be found).

Fabulous Villa in a great location, and with its elevated position, excellent views of the Med to the north, the coastline to the east, the mountains to the west, & the hills to the south. Huge area outside in the Villa grounds with a generously sized pool. 5 minutes walk to the several restaurants on the marina and beach front, plenty of choice for 10 days, the supermarket was handy too. Though I never met him, an excellent host, always contactable with prompt replies. Felt that if I ever needed any help, he would be there to assist. I especially liked the fact there were no Villa rules posted anywhere....a common sense approach prevailing here!

Inside the Villa was smaller than expected, from the pictures. However, totally adequate size for 4 people. So this isn't a negative, just pointing out.

The Villa has fantastic facilities and feels spacious and the air conditioning kept it beautifully cool. The outside area and the pool are amazing. We had lovely BBQs as we watched the gorgeous sunsets. The location is superb and the villa is so quiet with views of the sea and no neighbours over looking you. Yet it is a mere 5 minutes walk to the marina with shops, supermarkets and a really different array of restaurants. Fanos the hoist was brilliant and very quick at answering any questions before the holiday and also after we had we had arrived. Tina the housekeeper who we saw a few times was a lovely friendly lady and so helpful. Overall an excellent holiday.

Maybe an information folder with simple information on the light switches and days that the pool was being maintained would be helpful.

It was very well equipped, comfortable and had excellent facilities. The outside area, including pool, was immaculate. It had good views of Latchi and was an easy 5minute walk to its facilities.

This 2 bed property is ideally located 300 metres from the shops and restaurants on the waterfront. The bed was very comfortable and the place spotless. The pool area is good - and there are views to the sea at the front and countryside at the back.

Nothing to not like.

Great location only 5 minute walk to restaurants/supermarket/beach BUT felt like you could be in the middle of nowhere as it is very private and not overlooked. Very well equipped, great outside space with plenty of sunbathing and seating options and a good barbecue. Very easy check in process and great instructions and communication from Fanos. Fanos very kindly let us have a late check out due to a late flight time. Would have no hesitation in booking this property again!!
