No aircon Leaking sink tap...drip drip drip I dont think there was a clothes dryer, or at least I couldn't get it to work, dried my cloths at a laundromat.

Not the hosts fault but I got bitten by mosquitoes. Maybe a mosquito net over the bed or mesh pull down covers over the window and door openings would help.

Property was clean and so close to everything in Oneroa village. Had a really Comfortable bed and good shower.

The property delivered everything my husband and I wanted for our 3 night stay.

Well presented and felt like home

No air con

Comfortable and functional unit in easy walking distance to shops, dining, beach & public transport. Bedroom far enough away from main road to be dark enough & peaceful enough for good night’s sleep.

No sea views from the lower floor units. No screens on windows or doors.

Location is great. Bed had a good mattress.

Lack of basics, ie. no toilet rolls, shower gel, or dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher! Shower tiles were dirty. Coffee sachets provided were out of date as the coffee was mouldy! Sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Lack of adequate storage space for clothes etc. Bi-fold doors did not lock properly, which allowed drafts, noise, and mosquitoes in.

Location was the only good thing about this property

Had not been cleaned when we arrived. Called the host and she told us that check in was 3pm when it clearly stated that it was 2pm. After travelling for hours we were hoping to relax and have a lay down, also freshin up a little and shower before exploring however, the room was a mess. I called the host and did not receive an apology. We were told to leave our bags and go out so that the cleaner could come by. I also contacted the host once again as we did not have basic toiletries. (Shampoo & body wash, soap) I got no reply from the host. I will not be booking here again. Very unpleasant stay. Not recommended at all.

TV was very slow to respond.
