Oneroa Bay Villa Waiheke

Location was good

The cutlery and dishes were not clean There were way too many pillows, fake sheepskins and cushions on the couch, it made it uncomfortable to sit on. There were 3 diffusers in the unit, the smell was overpowering . Overall it needed a good clean Outdoor table leg was off at an angle and was too old, not appealing to use.

Dirty, poorly maintained. Stained bed cover. Broken toilet roll holder. Smells.

Excellent location. Bus stop outside. Shops and beach a short 5 minute walk.

T.V was hard to operate. Second night gave up on getting it to work!

The bed was super comfortable and the location is very good, a few steps from bus stop, groceries/shops.

The property was nice overall

There was no power and there were dirty towels in the bathroom on our arrival. Host moved us to another villa for the first night only after MUCH back and forth around them wanting US to wait for the local power company to come by to help fix the problem. Why should I help the property fix the problem that they created by not doing the room service BEFORE we arrive and would have noticed that the unit did not have power. For all of this we had to move back into the original unit on the second day as it was now up and running. This lead to us not actually getting to properly settle into our vacation. We were rather disappointed around all of this. In saying that, the final day and a half was lovely and we enjoyed the property after all of this hoopla. Would rate it much higher if they had their act together.

Location fantastic, everything clean and tidy would certainly go back!!

Kitchen tap leaking, just one of those things. Only 2 towels for 2 people for 3 nights. 1 coat hanger for 2 people.
