No overly clean.

Close to bus stop so easy to get places Good cooking facilities lots of crockery and cups and a good dishwasher The bed was also comfortable

Lots of mosquitos and a cockroach and ants in the place we felt like it needed a good clean and airing out The toilet also smelled

So close to everything the perfect jumping off spot for a couple of nights away

The location and layout of the apartment was ideal for us. Good facilities and comfortable bed! we particularly liked the garden and beautiful Jasmin.

The sofa was generally uncomfortable for our personal comfort. The wardrobe only had 1 hanger.

Location was absolutely fabulous

The flat was spacious and very central. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary equipment.

The central location comes with traffic noise from the busy Oceanview road. We used the little garden patio only for breakfast and even then, it was noisy. The layout of the flat is weird with the windowless (there were doors to the living room area which we kept open) bedroom in the middle and a narrow kitchen next to it. The furniture in the flat feels cheap, and the existing shelves can't be used because they are full of decorative items (unless you redecorate). If you just need a place to sleep close to shops and restaurants, it is great. If you want to relax at the flat, not so.
