When we got to our room, there was obviously something that happened on the carpet as there was a fan directed on a wet carpet. There are very limited plates and no containers for meat if you have had a braai or any bowels for salad or anything like that.

The 3-bedroom villa allocated to us was HUGE! We loved the tranquility and views over the golf course. The unit was well equipped. Perfect for golfers and non-golfers.

Most of the cups and crockery are chipped and need to be replaced.

"Katberg is always a special place. Intend to visit again. Villa's need some TLC."

Great estate facilities. Golf, tennis, horse riding and swimming pool were superb. Staff at the manor were great.

Units are tired and in dire need of some basic amenities like new crockery and cutlery. Braai stand was corroded. Wifi limited to 10 GB for a week is just insufficient.

Beautiful mountain setting. Peaceful, clean. Spacious villa well furnished, braai facilities. Golf course in immaculate condition. Club house with bar and swimming pool and poolside restaurant Friendly, helpful staff

There is a 12km dirt road leading to the entrance. More directional sign posts on this road would be reassuring for first time visitors. The area has poor cell phone reception so we are WiFi dependent. The WiFi in the villa has a small radius e.g it does not cover the bedroom, kitchen and patio . The bathroom taps and shower are old and falling apart. The towels were shredded
