The place is spacious and set in beautiful natural surroundings. The golf course is well taken care of and adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were helpful and friendly, which made our stay enjoyable.

We arrived in the dark, and the directions were unclear, which made finding the property quite difficult. The stay itself was nice, but the place really needs some attention. The linen was not up to standard — the duvet cover was torn and full of holes, and the blanket had a burn mark. The bath mat had a hole, and there was black mould in the bathroom. The freezer still had a cooldrink and ice left by a previous guest, which makes me question how well it was cleaned. The pots were flimsy and the cutlery very limited. Overall, it has potential, but it definitely needs better maintenance, clearer directions, and more attention to cleanliness.

maybe consider heaters for the rooms as the fireplace warms up the living area and the rooms are quite cold in winter

Good day, we arrived at 8pm last night and then left the property at 9:30. There was blood stains in a towel, a bed base and the carpet. There was mould in both showers. I opened a blanket over the bedding and human hair fell out and onto the bed, that was unfortunately the last straw for us and we decided to drive for 3 hours to the next town for accommodation that is more considerate about hygiene. Furthermore the route to the accommodation requires a car with good height clearance. If our car was not a 4x4 bakkie we would not have made it. We were incredibly disappointed, please ensure that a refund is carried out. I have taken ample photos and videos to confirm the above.

I spoiled hubby for his birthday with a night away at Katberg Golf Estate as it was his dream to go one day. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. It was incredibly peaceful and made us enjoy our time together too. The golf course itself was fantastic and so well maintained, even for the size considering how vast it is. The staff were super friendly and so accommodating. We even got introduced to the beautiful horses on the estate. This is definitely one of the best places we have ever been to and will definitely love to visit again in the near future.

The breakfast was good with reasonable prices. Katberg Eco Golf Estate has beautiful grounds that are giving a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful accommodation units that became very convenient for my family stay. This location left us with eager to invest on property in this estate.

Everything was perfect. The spar treatment and also very welcoming staff.

Healthy, affordable breakfast..

The weekend was short..
