A beautiful house on top of Koh Tao island. Simply indescribably beautiful. The house is super clean and very spacious /much bigger than in the pictures. The view over the bay and the setting sun in the evening are just fantastic. What else should be mentioned: pure privacy, which can be found very rarely these days. We really enjoyed the time and hope to come back. Special thanks to Janejira and Leaw.

Our host Leaw was outstanding ! She is very kind and welcoming. Without any prior planning, she arrived at the villa with a birthday cake for my partners 40th ! Kindness that we've experienced throughout Thailand. The villa is in an outstanding location and is easily the best on the island. Thank you for our stay and your hospitality.

It is important to highlight the fitness required to climb the steps to the front door. As well as the risky climb up the hill on a scooter. I don't remember seeing these details on the booking.com listing. I feel that someone could be in a difficult position if they have a disability or health condition. Overall.....excellent accommodation, highly recommend 👌

The view was out of this world! By far the best view I've ever had in any accommodation I've stayed in. So much privacy, so peaceful, the 360 view of the water and the beaches on either end, the sunset!!, and the stars at night. This place made my entire stay in Koh Tao. The rooms are a great size, beds are very big, large and comfy sofa to watch tv, and there is a loud, good quality speaker to play your music! Yes, the stairs to get up to the villa are not easy but that's the price you pay for a view like this!

There were quite a few bugs in the living room around the lights at night time (we never left the doors or windows open). We bought our own bug spray from 7/11 and that solved the issue, but I think this should be done before guests arrive, to avoid this problem. Either way, do not let this deter you :)

Beautiful villa with amazing views. Transport from Mae Haad Pier to the villa provided by the hosts. Very comfortable beds, and the plunge pool is perfect for cooling off from the tropical heat.

Thoroughly recommend this place for those looking for a comfortable stay in a fully self-contained place. The villa is near the top of a very steep hill, and getting into or out of the villa from the road involves walking up or down a steep flight of steps. Not a problem for two reasonably fit men aged in their early 60s. Food can be delivered to the property if required. Suggest buying groceries en route from the pier to the accommodation for those who like to self cater.
