ants everywhere, no air-com in downstairs bedroom which continually leaked. No outside parasol as broken

Location of the Villa is great, 10 mins walk from the old town and 15 mins walk from start of the strip. The villa is great, spacious and clean, with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Pool area is lovely (caution - slippy when wet). BBQ, pool table and table tennis table lovely additions. Washing machine, full kitchen, outdoor shower also. Host communicated with us efficiently when we had queries / contacted them. Villa overall is amazing value for money also. perfect place for family or group of friends. Air con in all bed rooms and fans in living spaces. Keys collected at lock boxes, was v handy. About 15-20euro in taxi from Puerto del Carman airport.

Pool area very slippy when wet, host did drop us around extra towels for the ground which was helpful however we had some elderly members of our party so this was a worry. There is no basics eg bin bags / washing up liquid etc in villa which would have been a nice addition however as I said villa is still a great value for money. Having only one key for such a big villa was quite a pain however.

location is great , beds are comfortable.

a lot of cockroaches in the downstairs bedrooms. air conditioner did nt work in upstairs middle bedroom, door handle in sitting room kept coming off , property could do with a little updating
