Stone Flower

The cottage was fully equipped with everything to make the stay comfortable. Was absolutely beautiful accomodation & finished off so well with beautiful rugs & fresh flowers. To top it off we were left yummy breakfast supplies to last the duration of our stay. Highly recommended 👌.

Could not really think of anything.

Could not fault this place for location and facilities. Everything we needed for a week over Christmas. Great kitchen and lots of space for a couple. Some nice treats in the kitchen to get us started, such as butter, milk bread etc. Very quiet neighbourhood. There is a bus that can take you to and from the city (540), Walking down to the city is fine but you may need that bus on the way back! We left a jacket behind and the owner arranged with the cleaner for us to pick it up upon our return to Hobart, which was appreciated.

Some additional lighting in the loft is required - or at the very least, brighter bulbs. It's quite dark upstairs, so watch your step. The bed is comfortable but the mattress is starting the get to the end of it's life. We spent much of the week rolling towards each other in the middle.

Very well designed apartment. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, bathroom a good size and we were very thankful to find a washing machine and outdoor clothes line. The location is fantastic and the recommended coffee and lunch places which were just a short walk away were great.

No fly screens led to a lot of flies inside when we opened windows or front door to get some airflow.

The location was perfectly central yet offered a sense of privacy. The neighbourhood was beautiful, with incredibly friendly locals, and the streets were impeccably clean!

Such an amazing spot. The story behind its creation. The architecture and the building itself. Comfortable, beautiful and has everything you need for an amazing stay.

The driveway is certainly for the brave. But it didn't really tarnish the experience.
