Beautifully located close to the centre of Hobart so able to walk everywhere. Beautifully designed and great use of space. Bed was so so comfortable- really important when away from home. Loved the food items - very much appreciated.

Narrow driveway which in turn made parking difficult. Easier to park on road.

Everything! It’s always so beautiful, my favourite place to stay in HBA. Best location - near the rivulet walk, my favourite cafe ever, and easy enough to walk down into the city. The host is generous and lovely and the property is always such a treat. Thanks!

Beautiful location and stunning interior, the amount of provided food items was a lovely surprise.

The shower head was interesting with not ideal for short people and not adjustable. The toilet has no door and you can see when walking up the stairs also no toilet roll holder

Breakfast lovely surprise. I really enjoyed walking around the streets nearby and taking in the view. Coffee awesome at the cafe just below. Thank you for a brilliant stay. It had everything I needed, comfortable just a short walk to cbd.

Parking I found difficult, small vehicle would’ve been better.

Beautiful place to stay. Furnishings were lovely and has all the luxuries of being at home. Owner very accomodating. Loved the personal touch of the groceries that was provided for us for breakfast. Communication was great!

The only thing was the bed was not big enough for us.

pretty much everything-wonderful location, very clean and cute- perfect for our needs

bed was a little too soft for us- but this is just personal preference
