Posizione ottimale centro e impianti a due passi. Edificio/appartamento nuovo, moderno e confortevole. Bella la zona relax con piscina. La Sig.ra Giulia che si occupa della gestione presente e gentile ( forse a volte avrebbe bisogno di una mano)

Visto il contesto piuttosto elevato migliorerei sicuramente i letti, le dotazioni della cucina pentole, piatti (insufficienti ) e accessori da ottimizzare con maggiore cura. La porta di accesso vetrata di uno dei bagni ... originale...ma zero privacy 😅.

Tutto oltre ogni aspettativa. Professionale e disponibile (oltre che gentilissima) Giulia che ci ha accolto e risposto a ogni richiesta (poche a dire la verità vista la qualità del residence).

Nessuna annotazione negativa ma solo una piccola segnalazione: non tutti i parcheggi all'aperto riservati sono adatti a macchine molto grosse (station wagon) ma oltre a quelli coperti ci sono lungo la strada molte possibilità.

Appartamento al piano terra molto spazioso, con posto auto e giardino esclusivi. Posizione ottima: sono raggiungibili a piedi tutti i principali sevizi. Contesto molto tranquillo, lontano dal traffico e dai rumori. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti gli accessori necessari per sentirsi a casa. Stanze molto grandi, con letti ampi e comodissimi. Dotazione di due bagni, molto importante sia per una famiglia sia per coppie di amici. Accesso alla piscina ed alla palestra gratuiti.

Tutto positivo, nulla da migliorare
