The property itself was in a fantastic location, beautifully furnished and comfortable. The property attendant, Maria, was an absolute delight - always available, willing to help and very kind to us.

The wcommunication with the owner/property manager, Chiara, was difficult. Not only did our messages through the Booking. com app apparently not reach her in time (her answers were delayed to a point where I had to call her internationally to get the info I needed prior to arrival), but also, we were told we could not check in until after 4:30ON - when the property’s Booking.com profile specified 3:30PM (and that’s after we asked if there was any possibility of an EARLY check-in due to the 12h+ international drive we had to the location!). Additionally, we were not informed that there was supposedly an additional, 12 Euro per person, per day fee to use the spa/pool facilities. We had to challenge that fee (no mention if it if the property’s Booking.com listing) and were eventually allowed to use the facilities at no extra cost. However, the bad taste in our mouths remained.
