"Fabulous Hidden Away Villa"

Location was perfect for our needs. Staff were extremely obliging and friendly ... they went out of their way to help us in any way they could, thankyou Ketut and Ayu. My granddaughter got a bout of Bali Belly and Wayne the owner organised a house visit by a doctor to have her seen to ... the dr was in attendance within the hour. I cannot fault the owner Wayne or his staff for their care. All facilities were clean and well maintained and serviced daily. Thanks for a great stay, I will definitely be back. This would be a great option for either a family or three couples as each bedroom has its own lockable entry and separate full bathroom.

The internet was very patchy (common in Bali) so we had to Hotspot our phones if we wanted to watch TV in the evening.

Hidden Gem an the owners were nothing short of amazing and accomadating. Cleaning staff beautiful and trustworthy. Would stay again every time if available. Thankyou to Wayne and co.

That not all the bedroom door locks worked properly but we managed by locking valuables into one room that did lock

"Fantastic location, great space, amazing pool!"

Great location (you can’t get a car to the front gate, but it was probably a 50m walk from the main road). Very well maintained, clean and the pool was lovely.

We could not find a rubbish bin in the kitchen/ open lounge and the only bins were in the bathrooms. I didn’t like that bin liners were not used however this did not impact my stay at all and the bins were emptied daily.

Would never book here again, the owner was rude and dismissive, we booked a 3 bedroom villa when we arrive 2 rooms were locked as the owner claimed we needed to pay him extra money per night to have access to the other room, bedsheets were covered in blood and tattoo ink from previous guests the host refused to change any bedding until the following day they were never changed, to top of the already horrible experience from the hours of 7pm to 12pm dogs and rooster were barking all night it was impossible to get any sleep. We left after one night staying there as the owner was not willing to help with any of the issues. He just wanted more money. Terrible location can’t be accessed my by car
