Gestione disumana!!!! Sono andata con la mia bimba di 9 anni, ho chiesto più volte la disponibilità del riscaldamento, mi è stato detto che c'era tutto, invece ci siamo congelate!!!!! Sono stati arroganti, cinici e disumano!!!! Siamo dovute scappare perché siamo state proprio male per il freddo incredibile! Non c'era neanche la legna per accendere il camino, il frigorifero era guasto e pieno di muffa.... Fortemente sconsigliato!!
