It's a shared facility and bedrooms are close to each other so can be a little noisy

No breakfast was available.

I was unaware that we did not have an en suite bathroom! I feel the room Lacked a few details such as a headboard and perhaps bottled water to welcome us! However, the view from Our room was spectacular!

We had an amazing stay in this Villa, in a beautiful and romantic room with a full view on Como Lake. The owner Chanel spoiled us since we were the only guests! Really grateful and I hope to go back sooner or later!

Book it only if you have car. Without car it is difficult to rich and travel, no taxi, no bus or another transport. Taxi from Bellagio is expensive.
