"Exceptional"

Loved location right across road from RSL. Also staff at Premium Reality were so welcoming and helpful. Appreciated wine and biscuits as well and bed was nice and comfortable.

We had problems with Cooktown. Very different to mine and had troubles first morning.

"Nice location, communication, and cleanliness. Mattress could use replacing."

Location, price, cleanliness and communication from the agent we're all fantastic.

We were driving a 4WD, but the driveway could be difficult to navigate for a 2WD car. The matteess is also showing its age and is getting quite uncomfortable.

"A great place to stay on Bribie Island, nothing was an issue."

As we arrived late, in the dark, finding the driveway and right place was a little tricky. Maybe, need a little light above the lock box so we can see what we needed to do - only a minor issue though. The location and size of the villa was very good and met all expectations. The communication between real estate and myself was very good.
