A screen from the road in front of the outdoor area would be nice. Also some trees/shrubs to shield the fence view from living room window.

It was very modern, comfortable hot water supply was very good, good location and an easy walk to the beach.

TV was a little slow to get going and the remote was very slow to respond (but first world problems really).
