The property is very well located only a short walk from the village. The pool was amazing and the table tennis table was a bit hit with my children. Very clean and spacious villa and Anna was very helpful throughout with our booking and responded immediately to any questions I had. We’d love to stay at this villa again

The facilities were amazing, the pool was such a fantastic size. Couldn't fault this villa at all, it was perfect for our trip. 6 couples stayed and we all had so much space.

Villa was beautiful and very well equipped. Pool was a good size, but fresh! BBQ was good to have as an option with large outside seating area and shading. Location was excellent, being only a short walk into and out of town with only a short uphill few minutes at the end. The town was lovely, unspoilt and great range of bars and restaurants.

Top floor bedroom shower pressure and time to get hot was poor as a result of the very hard water. A few more chairs on the upper balconies would have been good.

Whoever designed this villa thought about it very carefully. It’s safe and comfortable for a family. We love it and want to book it again.

Fabulous villa. Great pool. Great location - 5 mins down a track to the harbour. Anna was extremely helpful both before and during with recommendations and assistance. Fabulous tavernas in and around Kassiopi. Easy access to water taxis to various other small villages and beaches. Excellent base for exploring the north east coast of beautiful Corfu. Some holiday destinations are currently moaning about tourism but it certainly doesn’t seem that way in Corfu. Literally every person we encountered from waiters to shop owners to water taxi operators were so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely return 😊

We had a fantastic family holiday at this lovely villa in Kassiopi, Corfu. The villa was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 small children (6 months old and nearly 3 years old) offering ample space with its 4 comfortable bedrooms. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool, which provided endless fun and relaxation for everyone, and the well-equipped barbecue made for delightful evenings spent dining al fresco. The villa's location is superb, conveniently close to the village, making it easy to explore the local area and enjoy the charming restaurants and shops. Despite being near the village, the villa maintained a sense of privacy and tranquillity, which was much appreciated. Our host was exceptional, always available and easily contactable throughout our stay. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Corfu. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Previous comments have mentioned the short steep hill leading to the villa, but we managed this fine everyday with two prams.
