The attitude of the staff has been disappointing and unhelpful during a critical incident. There was an accident due to their faulty shower door, which was loose. Without any force, merely moving it 5 cm to close caused it to collapse on us. As a result, my wife was injured by the broken glass, and we had shattered glass all over the place. Although they responded to clean up, they attempted to blame us for the broken door. This is completely unacceptable, as the door collapsed simply by trying to close it. We ended up having to shower in another bathroom with the door open out of fear that it might also collapse, which the host admitted was the best approach to avoid another incident. They even acknowledged that the other shower door was also loose at the top. I have been traveling for more than 25 years and have visited many countries worldwide for business, staying in houses and hotels of all sorts. Never have I experienced an incident or issue like this. It seems these people, instead of taking responsibility for their fault, try to blame others. This behavior is unacceptable, and we will pursue legal action as necessary. We have five witnesses to the incident who can attest to what happened.

As far as cleanliness goes our room was immaculate, everything seemed brand new and shiny. Our host was a gem, she catered to some specific requests and made our stay even cozier. Bed was very comfortable. We had a birds eye view from our room, amazing!

The ONLY reason it didn’t get a 10 is because the drive up is a little bit dangerous, road is very narrow and steep.

Loved the location and proximity to the beaches. Liked the size of the rooms and the amenities.

Noise level from hosts in the flat above. Barking dogs and hosts just shouting for during the evenings. Unpleasantness of host when interacting with them to collect keys. Host was observing us at all times of the day asking us whether we had girls around.
