pool water was not that clean no television . pervious guest trash was there in living room dustbin was not empty. in one room there was portable AC due to which window was open ... no dim lights in the room

Good property with a very good view of surroundings. The lawn is very cute and cozy, A worth booking property for sure.

Everything was good and we had a good time at the villa. The property is very clean and the caretaker is attentive enough for the property. He took good care of us throughout the stay and we had no issues while staying at the property.

The property was exceptionally good and it exceeded all our expectations. This was a very good stay and I hope that most of the people get to experience this villa. The villa is very well maintained and the rooms and washrooms were handed over clean to us, fresh bedsheets were given and the room was smelling fresh because it was recently cleaned by the caretaker who stays at the property. Overall a good stay and good experience.

The check-in process was very smooth and we had no issues while staying at the property. The caretaker was always there at the property and since all of us were visiting for an office outing, he made sure that all of us had what we wanted at any given time. The food provided was very good and sufficient also, Make sure you step out and roam around because the villa is located in a calm place which can help you relax even better.

There was nothing to like with the overall stay in this villa. Chef was unavailable at the last moment and when complained they said it was mentioned as subject to availability.

The experience was far below our expectations and left us highly dissatisfied. Here are the specific issues we encountered: Non-Functional ACs: None of the air conditioners in the three rooms worked, making it very uncomfortable for us. Frequent Power Cuts: Power was out for 80% of the time. Although there was a backup for fans, they were ineffective, with speed 5 functioning like speed 1. Caretaker Issues: The caretaker was rarely available on-site. He did not share the WiFi password or provide any instructions regarding the room, drinking water, or other amenities. Moreover, he never answered our calls when we needed assistance. Overall, it was the worst nightmare to stay at this villa. I will never recommend it to anyone and am highly disappointed with the service
