Villa Renata -Pool, Large Garden & Free Parking, 2 Minutes Walk from The Beach

Short walking distance to the beach. Good space for 6 people max.

Actually location do not much with the location on booking.com Not suitable for people with kids Grass was not cut, outside looked like no one is taking care of it. Randomly people coming unannounced. Just walking around. Moving things around and placing in other locations. Felt weird. Felt like our privacy was violated. Communication was not good. Have to write to 3 different numbers to anyways get answer back in Greek. Not professional at all. Kitchen missing a lot of basic stuff. Road to will is not the best. Hard to drive with car. When arriving at night, can see the signs to villa. Also the guidance was not the best.

Lovely spacious villa. Comfortable beds and very clean. Great location.

The garden around the pool wasn't maintained and looked untidy. Grass wasn't cut, and weeds covered the path. Also, there were tiles coming off the bottom of the pool. My daughter cut her foot on the pool floor due to the missing tiles. And it would have been nice to have access to an umbrella to take to the beach.

Good location Great housekeeping ( x2 a week and pool maintenance)

Air con in annexe did not work No space for 6 to sit to eat

Uphill walk to restaurants along quite a busy road

The location is absolutely fantastic. The property is beautifully maintained and the garden with pool was perfect for a family with 3 children

Difficult to criticise but the only minor point was the upper level bedroom AC struggled to lover the temperature compared to the units downstairs. We didn’t report to the host during our stay because for us it was not a major problem.

Great amount of space. Really close to the beach, none-the-less nicely secluded. Having access to the studio meant that the newlyweds could be by themselves. Having a cot was excellent. The air con was excellent; made such a difference. Kitchen was well stocked.

They should have more floor mats around in terms of going in and out of the pool, getting the floor wet and slippy etc. And more towels per person would have been helpful. A high chair would have been helpful. The book said they provide a small amount of things like washing powder and (maybe) dishwasher tablets etc, but they didn’t. They should provide bin bags, I know it’s self catering but seeing as you can’t put paper in the toilet, bin bags should be supplied as standard. Pool was not as big as the pictures gave the impression they were and there was no slide as in the pictures. But still great!

Good location , good size, nice pool, good size fridge . Good A/C

Could do with a few more pans , spatulas, It seems all Corfu mattresses are super firm in most places

The property was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. The pool was lovely and well-maintained and the gardens were beautiful. The host was easy to contact and responded promptly too. They even provided a folder with useful information about the house, pool and things to do around the area.

We arrived quite late so perhaps a welcome basket with some basic foods would have been nice
