Jayden Villas

Honestly, my stay here was amazing based solely on the fact that the beachfront villa is right on the water's edge. During low tide, the water recedes way back exposing an expansive sand bank ideal for morning strolls. Evening time, the tide starts creeping in and the water is just a stone's throw way from the villa. The location (Hin Kong), in general, is on more of the quiet side of the island - away from the hustle and bustle. There is a 7-eleven, a variety of restaurants, as well as a lovely a yoga studio (AnandA) all within walking distance. Hin Kong beach is not the most ideal for swimming due to the sandbank - the closest swimming beaches are Sri Thanu and Zen beach. A little bit of a walk (2.5 - 3km) if you don't want to ride a bike/scooter. I personally had no problem walking as the route is relatively flat and there are a few shops and restaurants along the way.

The cleanliness is okay. Towels and linens are quite badly stained. There was a ginormous cockroach hiding behind the furnishings as I don't think the villas are cleaned / serviced as much as they should be. I stayed for 7 days and the villa was only cleaned once - and that was only because I asked for fresh towels and for the floor to be swept (gecko poop). I think it would be good if the Jayden Villas serviced the villas a bit more regularly (at least sweep the floors and remove the trash). But other than that, the staff were friendly and my stay was comfortable.

We had the beach front and that was super and comfortable.

The check in in a weed shop, the women at the reception is really unfriendly and doesn’t show any hospitable behaviour.

The location was good, the staff were super friendly. And the bar on the beach was fabulous.

It was dirty, there was building works going on next door all day, no daily housekeeping. No mirrors

Property is good , just 10 m from beach , across the road . Villas are nice, clean and good . 7-11 is 300m away .

Location is 6-7 km away from Main Street and 10-11 km from full moon party beach area. So decide accordingly. Also a lot of wild noises can be heard in night .
