The villa had enough space. Nice shower and the staff is friendly

We booked for 8 nights but decided to leave after two nights. We wanted to go back to Koh Phangnan because to the calmness and silent of this part of the island. Unfortunately it was very noisy in the night because of the beach bar who is close to the villa. No refund.

The hosts were very nice, room is big and comfortable. Close to the beach and Sritanu area, which was super nice.

It was a bit noisy during the night, there is a bar in front of the rooms and you can hear everything.

The location is absolutely beautiful and the bungalow is spacious. Close to the beach, restaurants and convenience store.

There could be more trees for shade and beauty in such a hot country, but it seems they prefer to cut them.

the beach view was great, the beach club in front (summer salt) had great food and nice events; nice music till 9 - 9.30 pm and then quiet; the sea was lovely (in the morning when there was no low tide), stuff at the shop in front was very friendly, felt very good - loved the hammock at the big covered terrace; lots of very good restaurants around; 7-eleven not far away; one day there was a problem with the water which was fixed very quickly,

The villa was nice, with complete kitchen and a nice balcony with a hammock. Beach towels are provided and we are allowed access to a beach club in front of the villas. There is a yoga studio next to the villas that offers drop-in clases and has a nice restaurant with vegan meal options.,Also, there are other nice restaurants nearby.

The beach in front of the place is ugly and the were parties almost every night. The visitor's guide was somewhat upsetting, warning you that you would be charged for various types of damage. Although it provided some tips on what to do and nearby facilites, those warning made me a uncomfortable.

Close to beach, spacious.

We were not able to check in, because the previous guests didn’t leave. Our room was only cleaned AFTER check in time. We waited 1 hour for our check in, not given any compensation, even though we contacted the property to tell them when we will arrive. Our water was cut off on the morning of check out. Again we had no compensation even though it had a big impact on our stay! They are happy to take your money but don’t give much in return. Deposit- the biggest we had to pay on the island (we stayed in 6 other places). But when something goes wrong they don’t make it better. You feel they don’t care about you. The room is basic, doesn’t match price at all. Close to loud bars on the beach. It’s quite far to get to other beaches and restaurants that are not just on the beach, so not best location.
