host was easy to communicate with. Location was great and quiet.

1. The Villa could not lock. So the front door had no key to lock it, leaving it open to thieves. We did not feel safe. when we went out we had to take all our belongings as anyone could easily walk directly into the main villa lounge room, kitchen and dining. 2. The Ac in bedroom 2 did not work, turned off randomly and did not get cold. 3. Villa did not supply drinking water. Considering that you can not drink water from the taps in Bali. This is a basic service in any accomodation that is remote and not walking distance to any convenience stores. We had to ask the host to buy water for us (at our cost) 4. The internet only worked in the lounge room/kitchen and was non existent in any other area in the villa. Plus it would not load any pages as the speed was so slow. 5. The walls in all rooms were peeling with paint and there was mould on the ceiling. This gave the villa a dirty and unclean feeling. We left 1 day early as it was not an enjoyable experience. This villa has so much potential but lacked basic standards for accomodation.

At first it all looked nice, but later we found out that two villas didn't have any water. Their water motor was broken. The showers were not working at all. And I had my wedding guests stay there, but this was a nightmare. The villa manager never answered my call either. These people are scammers and frauds. Do not stay here ever.

Worst stay ever. Really bad experience. Bad staff. Nothing was working. The water was broken. The showers weren't working at all.
