Diana Seaside Villas

The owners of the villa are very, very nice and good people, they helped us in everything. The villa is very beautiful and it is very close to the sea and the area is very beautiful and quiet.

The pool was a bit cold

There are four villas. We were a group of 13 and we stayed in the two Artemis Villas which are on the left as you look from the sea. The one at the front, which has a bit of grass and magnificent sea views, is three bedroom, the one at the back is the four bedroom. The one the front is older but has a better pool, rectangular instead of square. Both were in great condition and well looked after. We were met on arrival by Matheos and he was on hand throughout our stay, bringing fresh mangoes on a couple of occasions. All in all it was a great stay. Do... Hire a car although there is a bus stop outside. Visit Omodos, a bustling mountain village. Visit Linos Winery, near Omodos. Free wine tasting with Theo. Buy his amazing blue wine! Visit Millomeris waterfall, also near Omodos. Do not use satnav or you'll end up with a long walk. Look at maps and follow road to Millomeris cafe. Visit Latchi harbour and marina and go on a blue lagoon cruise.

If you're up in the Troodos mountains, resist the urge to come back on the road that heads north west. It is very, very windy and there are rocks on the road! We drove back one evening and didn't pass a single car for one hour. Saw loads of rabbits though.

The best villa ever !

All was excellent, pool , house .

This is a really lovely spot, very close to the sea. The villa has everything you need, all the rooms are very nice and air conditioned and the upstairs double has a large balcony which is great for sundowners and watching the sun set over the sea. There is a very nice small harbour with sheltered swimming a few minutes walk away which has a small beach bar with sun loungers. The village has a small shop (Kiosk supermarket) which has most things you need or you can drive a few miles to Polis for a bigger shop. The pool is a good size and is well maintained. The hosts are very responsive and kindly left wine, fruit, dessert etc for our stay. If you fancy driving a bit further afield Kato Pyrgos (Grape by the sea) is worth a visit, or you can drive up the hills to see Kykkos Monastery or the wild sheep (mouflons) in Stavros. Would thoroughly recommend staying here if you prefer a quieter break. we hope to return some day.

Such an amazingly run family business that pays attention to ever little detail. We are a family of 12 that hired 2 villas for 2 weeks. Our every request was catered to instantly, and the villas were very well equipped and immaculate. Just a short walk along the beach and there is a cocktail bar with a great holiday vibe and a seafood restaurant that never failed to impress. Matheos, our main family contact organized us airport transfers, car hire and not to mention food delivery when we wanted to stay indoors at night. Nothing was too much trouble for this family and they made our family holiday perfect.

The location of the house was perfect! Very close to the sea. Beautiful house, very clean and comfortable. The owners of the house were very nice, they helped us with everything we needed. I definitely recommend it, everything was perfect!!

The villa was beautiful and super clean very spacious gorgeous view to the ocean with beautiful sunsets. Quiet location far from all city noises like we wanted and on top of everything our hosts were amazing, kind and very helpful with everything we needed couldn’t ask for more highly recommended ❤️

Very satisfied

Matheos and the team were very responsive befor the trip and also during our stay. Any request we had was served immidiatly. The house was clean and fully equiped with what is needed for vacation stay for a family. The pool and few minutes away from the sea is a big bonus.

The house is located on remote place. It coud be an hour+ away driving to different resorts.

Spacious, luxurious. Updated since the website photos were taken. The whole place is called Diana seaside villas. We were in Artemis 6 bed, which is front left, from the beach side, facing beach with the grassy area in front (front right is Diana 8 beds). Each bedroom with large bed (master is European king, others two singles in each, which can be joined to make super king). 3 full bathrooms, each room has its own bathroom with shower. Two with tubs are en-suite. Air conditioned throughout. Swim towels provided - luxurious quality. There is a full barbecue with sink now outside. However, delicious food is available at very good prices nearby takeaway or eat in, there is a menu at the property. Also Kanalli restaurant at the harbour, very close. Beach is right in front of you, uninterrupted view, beautiful sunsets. A brief 5 minute walk to the right takes you to a very quiet, clean, calm swimming bay. Pebble beach, fine with swim shoes available everywhere in Cyprus. Pool is perfect, spotlessly clean, well designed, lit at night.

Nothing, it was perfect. Wished we had booked for longer!

Beautiful, well-appointed apartment with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, huge living room and kitchen, large garden with swimming pool and sun loungers. Perfect for up to five or six people. It is a quiet and peaceful area, yet there are some restaurants and shops nearby.

Some small things. Wifi is poor in one of the upstairs bedrooms. No scissors in the kitchen. The downstairs bathroom has a curtain in the shower instead of a glass wall. None of them is really important.
