Diana Seaside Villas

Everything!! It’s in a lovely village - Pomos - with amazing beach within 5-10 mins walk! Setting is perfect. House is lovely - well furnished and very clean and comfortable. We were there three adults and 2 children - we all loved it! Owners are superb - bringing fresh fruit and very helpful!

If you want to be closer to touristy things - you may not like the location. Most things are an hour drive or so. You will need a car. For us it was great. Not at all detracting from stay but would have been great if hosts supplied some garbage bags and product for dishwasher or some basics (oil, salt, pepper) but, really, otherwise perfect and the fruit, coffee and tea was very much appreciated!

If you are reading this comment looking for a place to stay in Cyprus, you can stop looking! You just found them! Beautiful villa just 100 meters from the sea with amazing sea views. You can admire the sunsets from the terrace or straight from the pool. And on the other side of villa, the monumental mountains. The villa has everything you need, dishes, deckchairs, grill. Everything in very good condition, clean, ready to use. But that's not the main thing. People are the most important. Nice and very friendly hosts who will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Great people. A quiet place away from the crowds. 5 min to the supermarket where you will find all the necessary things. Larger shop in Polis, just 25 minutes drive. 10 minutes walk to Pomos beach, Cocobloco beach bar and Kanalli restaurant for delicious meze and other seafood dishes and more. 5 minutes drive to Pachyammos beach, 30 minutes to Omega beach. I highly recommend staying at Diana Seaside Villas to anyone!

I have been traveling to Cyprus for many years. During this time I have visited a lot of different villas & homes, but, believe me, I have never seen such a wonderful villa!!! Excellent location near the sea, cozy interior, cleanliness and comfort, hospitable responsive host - all this made our stay unforgettable! The price is very good as well. NOTE! MY ADVICE: If you are looking at this villa right now, don't even think... This is the BEST option you can choose from. Highly recommend! ONCE AGAIN: Many thanks to the owner! Next time we will definitely come to you!

Awesome seaside villa really. I mean it. Top quality. Cleanliness and equipment is exceptional quality. The pool is also great and comfortable. Staff and the host is helpful and kind. View is unbelievable. Place is quiet and peaceful. Neighborhood farmer has given us melons right from his farm. Yummy!

Location. Far, far away from everything. The nearest beach is a 3/5, not suitable for kids. Restaurant is also mid quality and pricy. We had to drive to Polis Beach every day for a good beach with services. I don't recommend this villa for families. Car is a must.

The villa is well maintained and equipped with everything you need, including washing machine, iron, etc. Kitchen and living space comfortable and good layout. Cleaning and lingerie changing at the middle of the stay. The location is quiet, no main roads in the vicinity, no dangers for kids. There is a nice view of the sea from the terrace and every room in the house. The owners were very friendly and supportive from the moment of the booking until the end. The pool was the kids delice, non-slippery surface, we had no accidents although they spent an average of 4-5 hours/day in/around the pool :-). The beach in front of the villa is not so suitable for swimming (rocky and can be wavy), but I recommend the municipal beach near the village harbor (8 mins walking), as the sea is clean and is sheltered from waves during the predominant west wind. Beach bar and optional sunbeds there. A restaurant with a beautiful view over the small harbor. Kids age 8-9+ will enjoy diving from the Limni pier on a calm sea day (20 mins drive). The closest decent supermarket is 20 mins drive, or the hypermarket in Polis.

The main bedroom has the toilet seat and the bathtub in the actual bedroom, while some might like it, not a fan of this setup myself. But not a big problem as you can just use the other toilets in the villa. The door handles/locks were a bit squeaky when used during the night :-). All in all, a very enjoyable experience. Recommend.
