Diana Seaside Villas

The hosts were easy to contact and communicate with from the booking and throughout our stay and genuinely want you to have a lovely stay. Diana (host) arranged a doctors appointment for us within minutes (much, much easier to see a doctor in Cyprus than in the UK!!). Very, very quiet location away from any touristy feel. Spacious villa in well kept condition. Pool is an excellent size albeit unheated. Lovely to be able to have an uninterrupted view of the crystal clear sea (stone beach here). Nearest and lovely restaurant was a couple of minutes drive or 5 -10 minute walk. There was another smaller one about the same distance but we did not eat there. Note- vegetarian and vegan options limited, but I managed. Car hire is a must if you wish to self cater in any way (the local mini mart was extremely low in stock- only really good for bread and milk); the nearest proper supermarket is 25 minutes drive away. Also a car is needed if you wish to sight see. It was 1 hour and 20 minute drive from Pafos airport- an easy drive, but note- some of it is through mountains with sharp bends with steep drops- great care required. It helps that Cyprus drives on the same side as the UK. Speed checks were done whilst we were there. It was hot but also quite windy, which I understand is normal for this time of year. Our flight was an evening one; as the next guests were not due until the next day, the host allowed us to stay in the villa for the afternoon of the last day, this was greatly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Diana Villa, the hosts and the location if you would like a comfortable, quiet holiday in a beautiful setting; given the opportunity, I would definitely return.

Lack of a dishwasher- I don't wash up at home so definitely don't want to wash up on holiday.

beautifully clean properties that have everything you need. excellent value for money too. this is excellent for large families who need multiple properties as they are all together. every room has its own en-suite. 5* - would 100% stay here again. thank you Theo for everything and for excellent communication throughout

a car is a must

Everything. Gorgeus house, with stunning views. Very nice and polite owners.

It is a bit remote to enerything in Cyprus. However if you want to have peace and quiet it is your choice. I will come back again.

Clean and a good level of amenities , Diana the host popped in several times and we had regular cleaning service. Would definitely stay here again 👍

Only complaint was the size of the master bed. Too small , it was a double, kingsize at home so we felt a bit confined. we slept in separate beds for the 1st time in 15 years

It was perfect location for us. The villa was spacious and had all the required amenities. The view was amazing. The pool looked new and clean but due to bad weather we didnt get to use it. Also there was a lot of space for parking The Host was very helpful before checking in when contacted by phone and his mother came by the second day to check if we needed anything

Although the villa seems to have been renovated recently it still needs new aluminum windows/doors because there is space for bugs to pass through. It was raining and we found 2 slugs near the doors to the pool. Also we use the key fob for the electricity and everytime we needed to unlock/lock the door we had to remove it and everything had to be shut down. Maybe invest on a lock with a latch when people are inside they can lock and unlock without cutting off the electricity Personally i was not fond of the no wall bathroom in the master bedroom(check photos of the listing 11/27). I had to use the one downstairs to avoid waking up my wife
