"Luxurious apartments with a breathtaking view for a fair price"

10/10 can definitely recommend! I went with 2 friends and this has by far been our best stay throughout our 3 week trip! The host and staff are super helpful and friendly as well as the very kind and fun driver who picked us up at the harbor and was available for us during our stay as well. Koh Tao is a beautiful island and the views from the villas are breathtaking!

"Nice villa with a beautiful view. But not worth the overall price."

Nice view, friendly staff! Location wise it’s beautiful. We were given a late checkout because my gf got sick and needed to wait to check-in at our new loaction.

Like many said: the location is impossible to reach by foot and hard with a scooter. If you want to go somewhere you have to book a taxi which is pretty pricey. Our villa was close to a road which caused quitte some noise. It also seemed that everybody did construction work around the villa because we heard construction noises our whole stay. For that reason I don’t think it’s worth the price you pay.

"Great villa for a family of 4"

Great service, wonderful view, nice small pool and terrace

Two small remarks: Wifi was too unstable, not working. Drinking water downstairs would be nice.
