"Ideal getaway for couple"

Massive thank to Alex and Franzi, perfect hosts. Very arranging and welcoming from beginning until the end. They created a perfect little nest for a couple retreat. We felt like our small paradise with absolute privacy and well being, could not ask for more.

"Simply the best"

A wonderful experience.The villa was beyond our expectations: the view is simply sublime, the pool is great, the house is extremely well appointed (Franzi and Alex have thought of everything, down to the smallest detail), the furniture is comfortable... Big positive point for the automatic scooter, which avoids you to rent one to not necessarily honest renters. Franzi and Alex, the hosts, are adorable, discreet and extremely available. They organized everything from A to Z: the ferry tickets, the cab to the villa, the transfer to the airport... Everything was perfect. It was an incredible stay. Koh Tao is an exceptional island. We will come back with pleasure.

"Perfect Villa in a wonderfull Paradise"

It was amazing! Franzi and Alex are so lovely and nice persons! we both had the feeling that we had known them for 20 years. Alex and Franzi are always there for you. The Pick-up was perfect organized! they both gave us a warm welcome! the villa is an absolute dream. i have never seen such a well equipped accommodation! They really have thought of everything! the stay was just perfect and we will definitely come back! everyone who hasn't vacationed there has missed something! thank you for this unforgettable time! we have taken you very much to our hearts
