The place was lovely , clean and very local to many tbings

It was lovely Graham popped in to see us and tell us a bit about the town and some excellent places to see while we was in Norfolk.

Location and the amenities it had. Quirky and very clean. Bedding smelt lovely!! Nice touches with dressing gowns.

Wet room didn’t drain well and floor constantly wet.

Loved the peaceful village location. Loved the spacious living kitchen and dining areas. Loved the modern design and glass ceilings. Loved the exceptionally well equipped kitchen with literally all mod cons. Loved the hot tub. Loved the large kids play area in the village. Loved the free car parking 50 yards from the door. Loved the Vernon Arms literally across the road. Loved the Village Store 100 yards away. Loved the helpful host. Loved the fact we felt completely at home.

There were a few aspects we didn't actually love but only liked, but the overall impression was that we loved most of it and would like to return sometime in the future.

Minor issue: prefer a charcoal bbq instead of gas.

The Property was in a great location. The area was quiet and very easy to visit the coast.

The owner was really friendly. Lovely private hot tub and nice village pub nearby. This is the second time we've stayed anywhere!

Beautiful property with high spec facilities making the stay very comfortable, situated in a beautiful village with good walking routes
