Host was very friendly and informative. The place was outstanding and exceedingly well equipped with anything you needed .Will definitely return when we can rebook.

Nothing . Only that we wished we had more nights booked so we could stay longer !

Excellent property everything you needed, in a lovely village with short drives to the seaside. Very quite, lovely local pub few minutes walk.

Beautiful house and location

Roomy the second living room was very comfortable as was the bed private relaxing stay

Lack of outdoor space for dog which unfortunately did not meet our expectations and wet room too small and flooded

The property was clean and comfortable. Beautifully laid out and well equipped. A brilliant hot tub. A short drive from Cromer.

The property had everything that we needed, very light and spacious, loads of storage room and lovely and quiet!

As soon as we arrived at southrepps Barnham, we all felt so relaxed. The property was so well equipped and the hot tub was just what we all needed to relax after a day out. It's in a great location near cromer and Sherrington and also had a nice village green on the doorstep to walk the dog. Had a lovely meal at the Vernon Arms, which is just across the road. Graham was very informative about telling us great places to eat and visit. We will be back next year for a longer stay.

We all had no complaints and were very impressed with everything

One suggestion is a microwave plate cover for the meals you put n the microwave.

Such a beautiful property in a lovely location. Graham was very welcoming and super helpful. Fabulous host, the barn was Very well equipped and the hot tub was a great way to relax! Would highly recommend and will definitely return.
