Hot tubs and bathtubs are listed under the features/facilities in the Booking.com description. However, our property did not have either. When we spoke with the host, they informed us that only the three‑bedroom property includes these facilities. This was disappointing and should be corrected in the listing. Otherwise, more customers are likely to be unhappy, as we were.

It was clean, the furnishings lovely, and set up fabulous. The outdoor electronic shades are a great addition with a fan too. I feel that all weather conditions are accounted for if you wanted to sit outside and enjoy the expanse of nature on your doorstep. We had lunch at the Cellar door which was superb, as was the wine.

Absolutely amazing value and great accomodation! Everything you could need in a nice cozy accomodation with a spectacular view over looking the Grampian's. Adam and Pep were so friendly and just made the stay that much better. Much appreciated, will definitely come back.
