"Exceptional"

Loved the complementary loaf of Blue Wren Bakery bread and bottle of Pomonal Estate wine. Also, the short walk to the Pomonal General Store in the morning for coffee and delicious Blue Wren Bakery cake. It was easy to find tracks into the Grampians foothills for evening walks. We found orchids, ground covers in flower and were clearly in the flight path of yellow tail black cockatoos!

A coffee making option would be good for people who start the day with coffee and it's too wet or windy to walk to the general store, and can't wait till 10 am for a Pomonal Estate cafe coffee. I had to throw the doona off (on a cool night) - like most accommodation places, when it gets too hot under the doona there's no lighter option except the sheet and a narrow foot rug.

Everything was prepared and I received a detailed email how to get in and how the fireplace and other amenities are working. On top the host had a very tasty loaf of bread with butter and jam as well as a bottle of their wine prepared for us. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay! Such a beautiful setting and house - the photos don’t do it justice! Such friendly hosts and so many generous and thoughtful touches through the accomadation!
