Villa Carolina with private heated pool

A wonderful place to stay with the family. Everybody loved being so close to everything but far away enough to get some peace and quiet. Loved the pool and the bbq area, hosts were wonderful and couldn't be more helpful 😃

Wir hatten das große Glück, in der Villa Carolina zu wohnen – und es war einfach traumhaft! Schon beim ersten Kontakt war Anja, die Vermieterin, ein absoluter Schatz: immer erreichbar, herzlich, hilfsbereit und mit großartigen Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Ein ganz großes Lob an sie – so wünscht man sich eine Gastgeberin! Die Villa selbst ist genau wie auf den Fotos – nur noch schöner. Sehr großzügig geschnitten, jede Etage hat ihren eigenen Balkon und obendrauf gibt es noch eine Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick. 2 Schlafzimmer besitzen eine Klimaanlage. Der Pool hat die perfekte Größe zum Schwimmen und Abkühlen, dazu gibt es einen kleinen Whirlpool zum Entspannen. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Außenbereich: ein kleines Häuschen mit überdachter Grillecke und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche – ideal für gemeinsame Abende. Der Innenhof mit Bananenbäumen und Palme lädt einfach zum Verweilen ein. In einer hinteren Ecke gibt es zudem einen weiteren überdachten Bereich mit Stehtischen aus alten Weinfässern, Hockern und sogar einem Fernseher – perfekt zum Fußballschauen. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einer Betreuung, die wirklich herausragend ist. Wenn es möglich wäre, würden wir 10 von 5 Sternen vergeben! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen vor Ort.

Nice big villa. Lots of space. Pool area great . Host very helpful. A few bits left for us on arrival was a lovely touch.

Felt pads on feet of chairs as our little one kept moving them which made quite a noise 😂. As you can see not much to talk about.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The villa has three spacious floors with two well-equipped kitchens, a lovely outdoor grilling area, and a heated pool that is regularly cleaned. The courtyard gets beautiful morning sunshine, making it a perfect spot to relax and sunbathe during the day. It’s tucked away from the city noise, offering a peaceful getaway. The host was fantastic—super helpful, always quick to respond, and gave us great recommendations on places to visit. We truly enjoyed our time here!

We went for a 60th birthday with family and close friends and we could not fault anything with the villa, the outside space with heated pool in January was amazing. The kitchen and barbecue area with shower bathroom were a real bonus. The space inside the villa for upto 10 people is amazing, there’s three terraces well equipped with furniture to relax and eat. Anja as a host was fantastic, always available for any questions we had. We will definitely be booking to stay at villa Carolina again in the future
