Friendly owner, close to the location where the Willys leave and close to the main road. The lounge and the kitchen upstairs are nice.

Rooms are very small and uncomfortable, they do not have any windows out into the open space. We essentially stayed in a garage/basement - there was even a car parked right outside our room door. All the rooms have open grids on top of the door (to get at least some ventilation in the room I guess), which means that it is extremely noisy. We could hear every word the people outside the door or in the room next to us said. We slept very badly due to all the noise. It was also very cold. The linen and also all of our clothes were very damp because there is virtually no ventilation in the rooms. There was also quite a bad and mouldy smell. Bathroom wasn't very clean and a bit mouldy. Rooms are also very dark and there is almost no space to hang your clothes. I don't really understand the good reviews this place has, we were very disappointed..

Best stay in our month in Colombia. We stayed 5 nights in that amazing room. Super nice welcome and we felt like home. The bed was amazing. Kitchen is super well equipped. Good shower. Good WiFi. 5 min from the main street. Very calm area (always some dogs in the street but that's part of the experience). Must recommended place. We loved it !!!!!🤩

Wow, I would give this place 11/10 if possible. Rubiela, the property owner is a very sweet and kind lady who is just living her best life. She gave us a warm welcome throughout the check-in process, and gave us a lot of useful information on how to organize our itinerary for the next few days. The room and bed was so comfortable. Showers and toilets were clean - and hot water with great water pressure. The location of the place was perfect too it was close enough to walk to the main street, but just far enough so that it's nice and quiet (away from the noise). Laundry can also be done with her for a fair price, very nice bonus.

The rooms were not fully enclosed, but I suppose the purpose was for proper airflow since there are no windows - therefore a bit less privacy. WiFi was also a bit of an issue as it wasn't very reliable at times, but works for the most part.

Very large rooms with a lot of space to put your things. Beds are very big and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, clean, and most of all a very nice and warm shower, with great pressure. Not something to take for granted in Colombia. The host is so kind and helpful!

Excellent location, just a 4 minute walk to main street of Salento and very quiet. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water and strong WiFi. Common area has well stocked kitchen and lounge chairs and hammock. Best of all, the charming owner, Sra. Rubiela, is welcoming and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is quite, but close to downtown. Sufficient storage space.

- Rooms downstairs face an internal atrium, which amplifies all sounds. You can hear every word and movement of other guests. - The phone number on Booking is from an agent in Bogota, so it is not possible to contact the hostel directly, which can be annoying if you have questions.
