The location is perfect to catch the bus to Cocora Valley. The lady who runs the hotel is very nice and full of useful information.

Closing the room door was really tricky

We had a generous room with a clean private bath. We liked the location as it was close to the center but still quite in the night. The double bed was huge and comfortable. We've been allowed to use the kitchen which was great for us as well.

The owner is a wonderful women, the house is very nice and typical.

Lot of spiders and nets that are never cleaned

Close to town but up a steep hill

The place is run by a very sweet lady. The room was pretty spacious and clean. It is also pretty close to the central area and many restaurants.

The room was not fully closed (openings on the rest of the house), which meant that you can here everything going on in the main hall and other rooms. As many places in Colombia, we only had a window open on the interior of the house (for us, the common kitchen). In terms of value for money, we have seen better in Salento.

The owner is an absolutely lovely older lady, who was very hospitable. The communal spaces upstairs were lovely - well equipped kitchen, large dining table, comfortable sofas and a nice terrace with a hammock. This area got a lot of light and waa a nice place to relax. Great value for money.

The bedroom was downstairs with no windows to the outside so it was a bit dark (the other guests using the staircase would be able see into the room if we opened the blind). All the rooms had an opening above the door which meant sound really carried around the house. Luckily everyone was respectful in the evenings. The location was at the top of a small but very steep hill so a bit difficult with luggage but otherwise ok.

Excellent location, spacious room, very clean, private parking. Rubiela is the best host ever!!
