Boutique hotel villa Cantik and karma beach club

Gorgeous location! Villa was massive and clean! Loved the pool! Resort facilities were super! Staff were kind and helpful.

Monkeys! The visit from the monkeys made it hard to sleep the first night. They all met on our roof. Also it would be nice if the resort gondola was working to access the beach, although we were able to use the one at the hotel next to the resort.

Didik and team did a great job welcoming and showing us around The villa was awesome with all the facilities and requirements you would ever use with a specular infinity pool in a tranquil setting in the monkey forest alive with monkeys. Great dining at the beach shack and hotel restaurant with superb ocean views. What a place to come and spend time.

Stayed here with three friends and we had the best time! We were a little unsure at first since there weren’t many Korean reviews, but wow—we’re so glad we went for it. No regrets at all! The staff were super sweet, the room was cute, the pool was great, and you get access to all the facilities at Karma Kandara… but for a much better price. Total win. And that private beach? Absolutely amazing. The stars at night were unreal—like, so many of them! Highly, highly recommend!

We stayed at Villa Cantik with our teenage kids (18 and 16) and absolutely loved it! The villa is located within the grounds of the Karma Kandara resort - which is a village of high end villas set on a cliff top. The villa is located at the back of the resort so it is a few minutes walk to the facilities (restaurant, gym, resort pool) through beautiful cobble stone pathways. The villa itself is exactly per the photos. The furniture is quite tired but is super comfortable and the pool is divine. We had great moving nights in the lounge room with access to netflix. We were wonderfully looked after by Didik the Villa caretaker. It was sparkling clean and he couldn’t do enough to help us. The three king rooms are set over three levels with marble/tiled stairs. Our teenagers felt like rock stars and loved the privacy but could be an issue for elderly people or young kids. The beach is fantastic and just next door to Sundays beach club which has a great vibe and adds some variety.

The food options are quite basic. Would suggest doing a shop at Peppitos supermarket for breaky and snacks. And plan for a couple of restaurants in Uluwatu. Unfortunately there was a landslide which impacted road access to the beach. There is a shuttle but had to take and alt route which took about 15 mins We took the stairs (all 300 of them) which was fine for us. I assume it will be fixed.
