Villa Kinos

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, ca. 10 min zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit, in der Natur, tolle Sauna und grosse Zimmer, sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter, Renntiere ums Haus. Sehr sauber.

Eine kleine Verbesserung wären Mückennetze bei den Türen. Ansonsten gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

This villa is absolutely amazing! The sauna with direct access to the terrace is such a treat — perfect for relaxing after a day out. It’s ideal for two couples, offering both comfort and privacy. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you could possibly need, from cooking equipment to daily essentials. You truly won’t miss a thing. Honestly, you won’t want to leave!

This place was amazing!! Right on the river with Finnish mountains on one side and Norwegian mountains on the other!!! The views were stunning from every window, even the sauna window!! The house is large, warm, spacious and very well appointed. The hosts are very responsive to questions and requests. We were very sad to leave.

We do have a good time at Villa Kinos during the vacation in Utsjoki. Beside of attending some activities, Villa Kinos is also a nice place for aurora seeing, sled board playing, snowman making, etc. We’re lucky to have a wonderful aurora seeing just outside the house. (Auroras were seen for four times during our stay for six nights.) The house is well equipped with what we need, like electric device, sauna, fireplace and so on. In a word, we are very satisfied.

Very nice and beautifully situated accommodation with everything you need.

This is a true gem. The cabin is very large with a very good layout. There is really thought about everything from free WiFi, a well equipt kitchen to a huge living room with TV with access to streaming services in 2 clicks. We stayed here for 5 nights and it really felt like home. Of course it has a really nice sauna. We feel sad leaving this magnificent place so if we ever go back this is the the place we will stay.

Everything was amazing -- I will not lie if I said Villa Kinos is our favourite place to stay in Sápmi 🥰 The house is very clean and super comfortable, and the surroundings peaceful and full of natural beauty. 11/10! And hoping for many happy returns.
