Villa Kinos

It is a nice, large place right on the river in a quiet location. The big lounge room with lots of windows was great for relaxing. The included sauna is an added bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, but you have to check what days they are open.

House is just amazing, it has everything what one needs for super comfortable stay in a bit remote location. It is spacious, warm, with great sauna, cozy fireplace, well equipped kitchen and lot of space for guests belongings. Place has total privacy, stands right at the shore of the river but is still close to the groceries and gas station. Easy access to Norway and activities such as snowmobiling, husky, ice fishing and in the summer hiking. Owner is very responsive, check-in was super easy, everything was pripared for our arrival. If we were back to Utsjoki we would definitelly stay here again.

Villa Kinos is an exceptional place, a place we will be missing and coming back to years to come :) Very well-equipped, up to a moment when you literally feel at home, cosy and comfortable. It's located perfectly in a quiet place, yet close enough to a shop and everything the region has to offer. Awesome place to spot auroras (we spotted some 4 nights out of 6) -- the bridge nearby is not too much of light pollution. We also loved the sauna with a small terrace and lounge chairs there. Villa Kinos is perfect for couples, groups of friends, and families. Thank you so much for amazing stay and hope to see you again soon!!

The location was nice with a beautiful winter landscape. The sauna was really great!

I was a bit surprised to find the key outside of the lockbox and in the door on arrival. The one bathroom had a fairly strong sewage scent, it seemed the light switch could activate a fan temporarily, but it turned off after a while and the scent would be more apparent again.

Secluded location. no traffic and no neighbors. Best cottage for privacy. The lady host was super friendly and welcoming. she came to meet us and showed us how to use the sauna. Beds were made for us in both bedrooms although just two of us. much appreciated. sheets were clean and comfy. easy check-in and check-out. excellent communication with the host.

Dining chairs need to be replaced as some are broken. not safe to sit on them. sewerge smell from the river. kitchen appliances outdated but still functional.

Super great location, just on the edge of Teno river bank. To town center is like 15min walking. Beautiful view to the river, forest and the bridge to Norway. The house it self has sauna, kitchen with all equipment, 2 WC, great internet. Small terrace facing river to enjoy morning coffe or relax after long day. Got even rain dears to visit us one evening which are like pets :). made a camp fire spot in the back of the house out of stones where you can sit and cook on fire, enjoy and whats sunsets in Teno and mountains upfront.

There was quite an intensive sewerage smell in the small WC. Took some time to figur out how dishwasher to turn on as there is small handle for water supply. There could be more windows to open, ofcourse with mosquite mesh as sometimes there are tons of them
