Duna Colorada

La casa está bien ubicada, con muchos restaurantes nuevos por la zona, y todo tipo de servicios.

La casa se quedó sin agua por 24h, desde las 9 pm hasta las 9 pm del día siguiente. No podíamos usar el baño, fregar los utensilios, tuvimos que usar agua de la piscina para usar en el WC. Se contactó con el alojamiento a las 7:30 am. Nadie se personalizó por diversas cuestiones, y tampoco hicieron un seguimiento por su parte. Nosotros tuvimos que avisar (por cortesía) que volvíamos a tener agua a la noche siguiente. Booking tampoco nos ayudó cómo esperábamos.

Ubicación y tranquilidad

Todos los días se bajaba el diferencial por la mañana, se nos mancho nuestras toallas y bañadores en la piscina, todo esto se avisó a la compañía q gestiona la casa y no hicieron nada, por lo que si sales temprano de la casa ojo ai si tienes comida en la nevera… Por otro lado en la casa hace bastante calor por sus cristaleras y pese q en el anuncio pone q no hay aire condicionando podrían poner algo mas q un ventilador viejo q no se sostiene por si solo en el salón (nosotros compramos varios para los dos dormitorios). Además de esto m, uno de los dormitorios se lleno de hormigas, entendible por el entorno pero podrian hacer algo más para q no haya tantas ( se coloban hasta en la ropa en el perchero q hay). Si son más de 3 los q van a usar la villa el sofá para ver la tv se les quedará pequeño ya q es un 3 plazas y la casa esta preparada para mas de 3, 7 sillas de comedor, mucho menaje, 4 hamacas , etc, además es piel sintética por lo q si lo unes al calor no es agradable.

El descanso y la tranquilidad del lugar junto con la amplitud de la zona exterior de la piscina, así como su maravillosa ducha dentro del baño.

La atención no ha sido presencial sino solamente a través del WhatsApp y del correo electrónico, ni siquiera telefónicamente.Podria haber más detalles decorativos y de productos de limpieza dentro de la casa.

The apartment is very modern with clear and clean spaces. Easy to use and move around. Tons of day light. Communication with the host was quick and easy.

Stingy on the supplies and towels. Only one per person and that’s tricky when there is a pool at the place. We asked for more towels and they said no. Also the fact that you need to drive your trash is kind of weird when you are paying for a cleaning fee. The other challenging this is the acoustic isolation from the unit next door. From the bedroom you hear EVERYTHING from the other apartment

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa, and it exceeded all my expectations. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and offers a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the private pool—crystal clear, well-kept, and ideal for both relaxing and swimming. The outdoor area is beautifully designed, with sun loungers and a barbecue setup, making it perfect for enjoying long, peaceful days in the sun.

I had a fantastic stay at Duna Colorada and truly enjoyed the experience. The house was spacious and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Huge windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the photos on the listing accurately reflected the space. The garden was a nice spot to relax and unwind, and there are screens available if needed. Victor, the owner, was incredibly kind and responsive. I ended up extending my stay twice, and I’ll definitely be back the next time I visit the island. The management team was professional and made everything run smoothly; check-in and check-out were a breeze with no delays. The location couldn’t be better, with local attractions and dining options just a short distance away. I highly recommend Duna Colorada for a relaxing getaway!

Location of the villa is perfect. Walking distance to Lajares and it’s lovely cosy coffee places and the centre of the town. Villa is really nice and comfortable, we loved the spacious living room and the fact the house has a lot of daily light.
