Modern villa with Heated Pool & BBQ Next to the Beach

The pool was brilliant, Nice quite location but only a short taxi ride into town.

Ot is very comfortable, each bedroom has its own bathroom, kitchen area is great, amazing pool and terrace

As a family we loved the pool! The scenery and backdrop to the villa is stunning. Beautiful peaceful residential area. Excellent facilities within the villa, can’t comment on BBQ as didn’t use. Excellent lines of communication with owner via Novum who were very helpful. Ideal location for wedding in nearby venue.

The villa was great with an amazing pool. There was lots of space and the bedrooms each have an en suite - which is great. The tv and kitchen were up to date. The pool was the highlight, with a cleaner coming to keep it usable while we were there.

We didn't have hot water for a couple of the days, but the maintenance guy was friendly and resolved it. Our only other thoughts were some instructions/guides on how the shutters and aircon works (we're not used to that being from the UK), where the bins are, that kind of thing. We figured it all out but a simple laminated info sheet near the wifi instructions would be useful. And I think potentially a better kettle would better fit the quality of the villa (it was low powered and took a long time to boil - but minor point).

The outdoor BBQ area and ample seating made al fresco dining a delightful experience.​ The host, Antonia, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Her prompt communication and thoughtful touches added a personal touch to our visit.​ This villa offers the perfect base for a memorable Marbella holiday and we are already looking for our next trip back to this place!
