SaffronStays Lake House Bouganvillea, Nashik -villa with great lake views and patio dining

Grape farming, garden area, and lot of walking space.

1. We arrived at 10:30 pm and the food was reheated from the buffet, manager was not on the property and didn’t met us during the stay. This was unusual of saffron stays where I have stayed before. 2. We were told Check out time is 10:00 am, didn’t noticed at the time of booking, manager argued he can’t let us stay more than 11:00 am. This is unusual experience as saffron stay customer care doesn’t pick the call to resolve or consider; manager is stubborn doesn’t listen, booking.com customer service is also not available for clients like us (genius 3 ) as they direct us property. 3. Saffron stay have to behave like a hospitality company and not a security service provider. Some of the people who stay have travelled extensively around the world and management should be able to understand the difference.

Exceptional property . Great staff on site . Calm and soothing ambience with a wide variety of flora and a mini vineyard .The dining facility overlooking the water , the tastefully done up rooms and a strong orientation to sustainability a big plus . The staff Deepak and the chef went out of their way to make us comfortable . Shankar arranged for bonfire outside the room at short notice

- Mis selling by the operator / Booking.com . I had put in a request for a lake view room . On site they gave me a ground floor room with no Lake view citing they had not rec'd the request from Booking.com. Felt let down by this misspelling. The hyper aggressive calling by Saffron stays citing their regulations at least half a dozen times was HIGHLY IRRITATING . IF ONLY THEY HAD SPENT A FRACTION OF THE TIME ON Delivering THE ROOM BOOKED !! More focussed on procedure than client sensitivities DISSAPOINTED WITH BOOKING.COM / SAFFRON STAYS IN OFFERING ME A ROOM INFERIOR TO THAT WAS REPRESENTED
